At Delhi Poetry Slam, we strive to ensure your literary and creative purchases inspire you. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that books are protected from creases and apparel still has all tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Send the package to our New Delhi fulfillment center using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
